Know a little more about this professional from MXM in a relaxed conversation, where he shows that it was not time that decreased, but the number of distractions that increased, thus compromising the opportunity to produce more.
1. Trajectory in the company
Start my path on MXM as a Systems Analyst working with the modules (Billing, Sales Order, Inventory). Then I joined the special projects in the construction of the Pound packing system, creating the report generator tool, Glencore. I participated in the construction of the initial framework that made possible the migration to the web, and implementation of the software factory in Porto Alegre where I worked on the projects of Auxiliadora building, Centro Clínico Gaúcho, Gerdau.
I was also responsible for Amil's Software Factory until I arrived as director of new technologies. I participated in the creation of OneShare old, MXM-Connect, Customer Portal, Process Automation with BPMS, and the first modules of the specific project of SENAC (Collection, PRONATEC, Audit, Accounting and etc.). Nowadays I dedicate myself in the construction of an own MXM engine for the automation of processes. I have a degree in Information Technology at Unicarioca and a post in Software Engineering at UFRJ.

2.1 - What is it about?
BPMS (Business Process Management Suite / System) means Business Process Management or Business Process Management. In BPMS there is no limit to the number of processes that can be automated. The customer can change or create their own processes, but requires technical knowledge of programming and our ERP. In addition, it is possible to attach unstructured information (word docs, excel spreadsheet, scanned files, emails) related to each step of the process described in the worflow. It also allows you to search for information or connect with other systems, as the tool is all service oriented.
What is the difference between BPM, BPMN, BPMS iBPMS?
BPM is a methodology, BPMN is a standardization of notations used worldwide. BPMS it is automation of the processes designed in BPMN. IBPMS brings intelligence to automation seeking to add technologies such as IBO, CEP, BRMS, BAM.
Does iBPMS replace the current development tool?
No, it comes to complement the development model, mainly in terms of sequencing of the activities developed.
Is it possible to have a more managerial view of the information that a BPMS tool generates?
Yes, one of the main benefits of the tool is precisely this. As the tool generates information from the beginning to the end of each activity along with the entire life cycle, the manager has visibility of how the process is doing and who is with it or not.

- It allows the automation of business processes, assigning the software the function of directing activities based on the process definitions;
- Possibility of automation of tasks intermediaries based on pre-defined business rules, making them run by the software;
- Automatically issues scheduled alerts, based on the events of each cycle of the process;

- Enables monitoring and identification of GAPs existing in the processes from the history of the activities performed;
- Ensures that users are effectively acting in the activities defined in the existing processes;
- It allows the customization of processes quickly and dynamically when compared to conventional software development.

SLA it can be measured in two parts, the whole process and each activity. Thus, we can have a clearer view of which activity or activities generated the bottleneck in the execution of the process.
